Andy Meyrick is pleased to announce a new official partner – Specialized Bicycles, renowned bike manufacturer and cycling and outdoor industry leader, for the 2015 season.
Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc., more commonly known simply as Specialized, is a major American brand of bicycles and related products. It was founded in 1974 by Mike Sinyard and is based in Morgan Hill, California.
Joining Andy at an exciting time, Specialized joins the Cheshire-born 29-year old as he heads into his second year with Bentley Team M-Sport as a new-generation Bentley Boy having been re-signed by the famous British marque for the 2015 season.
With preparation already underway, Specialized’s UK operation will be supporting Andy’s fitness and training development using their cutting-edge expertise and top of the range road bikes.
With a schedule that will see Andy competing with Bentley in the Blancpain Endurance Series as well as other premier endurance events, plus key races in the United SportsCar Championship with the DeltaWing Race Team, Specialized will give Andy the edge as he aspires to compete once again at the highest level of sportscar racing.
