Following his second season with United Autosports, Andy Meyrick will join the Yorkshire based team for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship for the Motul Petit Le Mans race in two weeks.
Andy will race the #2 Ligier JS P320 alongside fellow Brit and BRDC SuperStars Tom Gamble and German racer Niklas Kruetten.
The Chesire-based pro driver recently concluded his 2021 European season in the Michelin Le Mans Cup and makes his return to the IMSA paddock, having achieved multiple podiums in the States since 2010 with renowned motorsport enterprises such as Deltawing Racing and Dyson Racing.
“I love racing in America, so I’m really excited to be racing at Petit Le Mans again,” said Meyrick. “I obviously know the team and car well, so with Tom and Niklas as teammates, I think we have got a strong line-up. I can’t wait to get going.”
Andy will be in action on 11-13 November for the final round of the 2021 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at Road Atlanta for the Motul Petit Le Mans.
